Dr Nigel P Brown works for the Cabinet Office at the centre of UK government where he has lead policy responsibility for the government’s strategy for Resilient Telecommunications. The strategy is directed towards those responding to major incidents that may affect the civil community including: the Emergency Services; Local Authorities; health providers; utilities and transport. Nigel has previously worked for Technical and Management Consultancies, the Health & Safety Executive and BP Exploration. Nigel is a chartered Chemical Engineer and holds BSc, PhD and MBA degrees from Imperial College, London.
